We specialize in ethnic suit sets, kurta sets, dresses, co-ord sets, and more, and we're on the lookout for someone who can bring fresh perspectives and innovative designs to our collections.

Position: Fashion Designer

Salary: 15K to 25K Depending on candidate’s potential.

Education Qualification: Graduate From a Recognised Designing Institute

Key Skills Required:

Trend Forecasting: Ability to forecast trends, colors, and develop samples in line with the latest fashion trends.

Market Awareness: Stay updated with the latest fashion trends, fabrics, and colors in both domestic and international markets.

Fabric Sourcing: Proficiency in sourcing new fabrics to ensure our collections stay ahead of the curve.

Creativity: Demonstrate creativity by consistently coming up with new creations that align with international fashion trends.

Sample Development: Ability to oversee the development of women's clothing samples.

Design Software Proficiency: Proficient in designing software such as Coral Draw, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. Proficiency will be assessed during the interview process.

Ethnic Wear Expertise: Strong ability to design all types of women's ethnic wear items including suit sets, dresses, kurta sets, etc., with expertise in different colors, fabrics, prints, and work types.

Additional Skills:

Effective Communication: Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.

Time Management: Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality designs consistently.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and evolving fashion trends.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the quality and accuracy of designs.

Team Player: Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute positively to creative discussions and brainstorming sessions.
