Job Description
We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller / Business Development Executive to join our team in Jaipur.
The role will primarily involve B2B outbound calling and lead generation for our plywood, interior and furniture solutions business.
You will be responsible for connecting with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, furniture manufacturers and OEMs and developing business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to architects, interior designers, builders, contractors & OEMs
- Generate new B2B leads through calls, references, WhatsApp and other channels
- Introduce our products and services and understand client requirements
- Generate enquiries and arrange meetings with potential clients
- Follow up regularly with prospects and existing leads
- Maintain lead/customer information in Excel/CRM
- Build long-term relationships with architects, builders and industry professionals
- Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, meetings and order conversion
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets
Requirements
- Excellent Hindi & English communication skills
- Confident and comfortable speaking over the phone
- Good convincing and follow-up ability
- Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp and email
- Sales/business development mindset
- Comfortable making 70+ outbound calls per day
- Prior experience in telecalling, B2B sales, real estate, interiors, building materials or similar industries is an advantage
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
