Field Sales Executive

• Sales & Field Sales ResponsibilitiesThe candidate will be responsible for generating sales and bringing business directly.
• Leads will not be provided by the company; the candidate will be responsible for generating their own leads.
• The role will be target-based, with clear monthly/periodic sales targets.
• The candidate will be required to actively work in the field through:
• 
  
• Door-to-door customer visits
• Canopy / promotional activities
• Local market visits
• Customer meetings and follow-ups
• References and networking
• Other field-level lead generation activities
• The candidate will be responsible for the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to customer conversion.
• Regular follow-up with prospective customers and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline will be expected.
• Performance will be evaluated based on lead generation, customer conversion, sales achieved and target completion.
• The candidate should be comfortable with extensive field work and direct customer interaction.
