We are looking for a professional and experienced Female Fitness Trainer to provide personal workout sessions at home for females
The trainer will be required to visit our home in the morning or evening and conduct regular exercise and fitness sessions according to their individual fitness levels and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct personalized fitness and exercise sessions at home
- Plan suitable workouts based on individual fitness levels
- Guide proper exercise techniques, posture, and movements
- Conduct warm-up, stretching, and cool-down sessions
- Monitor fitness progress and adjust workouts accordingly
- Maintain a professional and friendly approach
Requirements:
- Female candidate required
- Previous experience as a Gym/Fitness Trainer preferred
- Fitness training certification will be an added advantage
- Good communication and professional behavior
- Comfortable providing home-based personal training
- Must be available for morning or evening sessions
