About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer with 2+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, good knowledge of branding and social media creatives, and the ability to convert ideas into visually engaging designs.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCreate high-quality graphics for social media, websites, digital campaigns, advertisements, and marketing materials.
• Design engaging posts, banners, creatives, stories, thumbnails, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Understand creative briefs and convert concepts into visually appealing designs.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, typography, colors, and overall visual identity.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing, Social Media, and Web Development teams to understand design requirements.
• Create designs within deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Make revisions based on feedback and ensure final designs meet requirements.
• Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats, and creative practices.
• Organize and maintain design files and assets properly.
• Support the team with additional creative requirements whenever needed.
• Required Skills2+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Good knowledge of Canva and other relevant design tools.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience creating social media and digital marketing creatives.
• Good understanding of different social media dimensions and formats.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Ability to understand requirements and work independently.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Preferred SkillsBasic knowledge of Figma is an advantage.
• Experience in designing creatives for fashion, e-commerce, lifestyle, or digital marketing brands will be preferred.
• Basic understanding of video editing/motion graphics will be an added advantage.
