Job Description
Grocery Store Manager – Job Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the grocery store.
Handle inventory, stock checking, and stock replenishment.
Supervise store staff and assign daily duties.
Monitor sales, billing, and cash handling.
Maintain daily sales and inventory reports.
Place orders for products with low stock.
Ensure proper product display and store cleanliness.
Handle customer queries and complaints.
Monitor product expiry dates and minimize wastage.
Ensure store security and prevent stock loss.
Coordinate with suppliers and manage deliveries.
Maintain overall store discipline and smooth operations.
