Head Chef

We are seeking a highly disciplined Head Chef to take full accountability for our kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, service, and food quality.
  • Implement and enforce strict SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Manage, train, and schedule back-of-house staff.
  • Control inventory, food waste, and kitchen costs.
