Key Responsibilities : -

• Generate and source new Home Loan business through various channels.

• Identify potential customers and business opportunities within the assigned territory.

• Manage relationships with customers, DSAs, connectors, and other business partners.

• Handle the complete sales process from lead generation to login and disbursement.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable LAP solutions.

• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, Technical, and other internal teams for smooth processing.

• Ensure achievement of monthly business and disbursement targets.

• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly track business performance.

• Conduct market visits and develop strong local market relationships.

• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies and processes.

• Maintain portfolio quality and ensure sourcing of suitable customers.

Candidate Profile : -

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Relevant experience in LAP / Mortgage / Secured Lending / Housing Finance / NBFC / Banking.

• Strong knowledge of the local market and customer segment.

• Good communication, relationship-management, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to generate business through direct sourcing, DSA, connectors, and local market networks.

• Candidates with experience in Home Loan will be preferred.

• Candidates should be willing to work in the assigned location and surrounding markets.
