• Recruitment aur employee management ka practical knowledge.
• MS Excel, Word aur HR documentation ki achhi understanding.
• Strong communication aur leadership skills.
• Hindi mein fluency; English knowledge preferred.
• Preferred SkillsFactory workforce management experience.
• Labour laws aur statutory compliance knowledge.
• Problem-solving aur conflict resolution skills.
• Multi-tasking aur team coordination ability.
• Salary₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Experience ke anusaar)
