About the RoleVS Enterprises is looking for a proactive and responsible HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:-

Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.

• Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with the concerned departments.
• Maintain candidate databases and regularly update recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with selected candidates for documentation and joining formalities.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and joining processes.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and recruitment MIS.
• Coordinate background/police verification of new employees.
• Support attendance, leave, HRMS, and employee-related HR activities.
• Handle candidate/employee queries professionally.
• Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions and maintain regular recruitment follow-ups.

Required Skills:-

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong candidate follow-up and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.
• Positive attitude, professional behaviour, and willingness to learn.
• Prior experience in recruitment/HR will be preferred.
