Job Description
The HR Recruiter will own end-to-end hiring for the company — understanding what each open role actually requires, sourcing and screening CVs sharply, running first-level telephonic interviews, and putting only relevant, verified candidates in front of management. Alongside recruitment, the role also covers basic HR operations such as onboarding documentation, attendance coordination and employee records.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving environment. We value speed, ownership and clear communication far more than paperwork.
