Job Description
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Solar Sales, Marketing, Telecalling, Technical, Installation, O&M and other positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, WhatsApp groups, references and local networks.
- Conduct resume screening and initial telephonic/HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
- Maintain a strong candidate database and recruitment pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Follow up with selected candidates regularly until joining.
- Focus on bulk hiring and achieve monthly recruitment targets within defined timelines.
- Coordinate recruitment activities for Jaipur, Jodhpur and surrounding districts and be comfortable with local candidate sourcing/travel when required.
Maintain daily recruitment tracker.
