Job Description

Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related matters and maintain employee records.

Monitor daily attendance, leaves, overtime and working hours of office staff and factory labour.

Verify attendance and coordinate monthly salary processing, salary slips and timely wage disbursement.

Handle factory labour, contractors and workforce-related issues.

Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, PF, ESI, bonus, gratuity and other regulations.

Stay updated with the latest Labour Codes and amendments and ensure timely statutory filings.
