Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (In-Hand) + Incentives

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Shift Timings:

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Interview Timing: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM

Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, or Telecalling. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, generating and following up on leads, and converting prospects into customers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Handle incoming sales inquiries and provide relevant product/service information.
• Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with potential customers through calls and other communication channels.
• Convert leads into successful sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
• Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns.
• Coordinate with the sales and other internal teams whenever required.
• Maintain a strong customer relationship throughout the sales process.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Required SkillsMinimum 2 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / Telecalling Sales.
• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Good lead follow-up and conversion skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Ability to handle customer objections effectively.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Good Hindi communication; knowledge of English will be an advantage.

QualificationGraduate in any discipline preferred.
