Job Description
An inside sales telecaller manages remote sales, lead generation, and client relationships completely over phone calls, emails, and digital tools from an office or home setup. [1]
Key Responsibilities
- Call Handling: Manage inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
- Lead Conversion: Qualify leads, explain product or service benefits, and close sales.
- CRM Management: Update customer interaction records and follow-up schedules in the system.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily or monthly targets for call volume, conversions, and revenue. [1, 2]
Required Skills & Qualifications
Communication: Strong command of spoken English and regional languages with good listening skills.
Experience: Ranging from freshers to 1–3 years in telecalling, BPO sales, or business development.
Technical Knowledge: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
Mindset: Resilience against rejection and a target-driven attitude.
