About QUIKLOGQUIKLOG is a SaaS-based business automation platform developed by Logical InfoSoft Pvt. Ltd., designed for manufacturers, wholesalers, exporters, distributors, and retailers to streamline operations through CRM, inventory management, order tracking, cataloguing, HRM, and workflow automation.

We are looking for energetic and sales-driven professionals who can help us onboard businesses and scale the platform aggressively.

Role OverviewThe Business Development Executive will be responsible for lead generation, cold calling, demo scheduling, client follow-ups, and onboarding support for QUIKLOG software solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in client interaction, and the ability to explain software solutions to business owners.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Lead GenerationPerform cold calling and outreach to manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, and exporters
  • Generate and qualify business leads daily
  • Schedule product demos and client meetings
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects until closure
  • Product Demonstration & ConsultationUnderstand client business requirements
  • Explain QUIKLOG features and automation benefits
  • Coordinate with the product/training team for demos and onboarding
  • CRM & ReportingMaintain lead status and follow-up records in CRM
  • Submit daily reporting and call performance reports
  • Track sales pipeline and conversion stages
  • Business DevelopmentBuild strong client relationships
  • Handle basic negotiation and pricing discussions
  • Support client onboarding and activation process
  • Daily Performance Expectations150–200 calls/day
  • Demo scheduling & coordination
  • Regular lead follow-ups
  • Daily reporting submission
  • Active participation in sales reviews and strategy discussions
  • Required SkillsExcellent communication and convincing skills
  • Strong Hindi communication (English communication preferred)
  • Basic understanding of SaaS/software sales
  • Comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups
  • Ability to work with targets and performance metrics
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
  • Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 6 months – 2 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Telecalling
  • Freshers with excellent communication and sales confidence may also apply
  • Must be comfortable with on-site work in Jaipur
  • Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience in SaaS, ERP, CRM, or software sales
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to learn software products quickly
