Jr. Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support the company in financial reporting, taxation, and compliance activities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, receipts, and other financial documents.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Assist in preparing and filing GST returns and TDS returns.
• Maintain proper records for audits and coordinate with auditors when required.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up for collections.
• Manage petty cash and expense records.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts.
• Assist management with financial data, reports, and accounting-related queries.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and applicable regulations.
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
• Good knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
