Job Description

  • फ़ूड प्रिपरेशन - शेफ़ के निर्देशों के अनुसार सब्जियों की सफाई, छिलाई, कटाई और सामग्री को तैयार रखना।
  • स्वच्छता और सफाई - बर्तनों को धोना तथा वर्कस्टेशन, काउंटर और किचन के फर्श की लगातार सफाई बनाए रखना।
  • स्टॉक और स्टोरेज - आई हुई डिलीवरी को संभालना, सामान को अनपैक करना और डेट टैग के अनुसार स्टोर करना।
  • कचरा प्रबंधन व सुरक्षा - डस्टबिन को समय पर खाली करना, फर्श पर गिरे पानी/तेल को तुरंत साफ करना ताकि फिसलने का खतरा न रहे।
  • शेफ़ सहायता - सीनियर शेफ़ को आवश्यक सामग्री, टूल और बर्तन तुरंत उपलब्ध कराना।
