Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end loan file processing (documentation to submission)
- Coordinate with clients to collect and verify required documents
- Prepare and fill bank application forms accurately
- Submit loan files to banks/NBFCs and track their progress
- Maintain regular follow-ups with bankers and clients to ensure timely approvals
- Manage communication across client and bank WhatsApp/groups
- Make fresh calls to leads generated via social media platforms
- Explain loan products and guide clients through the process
- Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant before submission
- Maintain proper records of files, status updates, and follow-ups
Required Skills
Good communication (Hindi + basic English preferred)
- Strong coordination and follow-up ability
- Basic knowledge of loan processes (home loan, personal loan, etc.)
- Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines
- Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, email, document handling)
- Attention to detail (important for documentation accuracy)
