High-Voltage and Furnace Maintenance: Oversee arc furnaces, induction furnaces, transformers, and high-voltage substations critical for smelting and melting operations. [1]

Preventive and Predictive Maintenance: Run routine inspections, thermal imaging, and vibration checks on heavy-duty motors and drives to stop sudden plant failures. [1, 2]

Automation and Control Systems: Troubleshoot and update Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), and AC/DC

Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Investigate electrical failures, power trips, or equipment burnouts to apply permanent fixes and lower downtime. [1, 2]

Safety and Compliance: Enforce strict lockout/tagout (LOTO) protocols and follow industrial safety standards (such as OSHA or local electrical codes) in high-risk thermal environments

• Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Experience: 5–6 years
• Salary: 30,000-35,000 Per Month
• Preferred: Candidates having relevant experience in Railway/RUB/LHS or similar infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities 

• Supervision and execution of day-to-day civil construction activities at site.
• Planning, coordination and monitoring of site works to ensure timely progress.
• Coordination with the client's field staff and other project stakeholders.
• Management and coordination of labour, subcontractors and site resources.
• Handling of measurements, quantities and billing-related work.
• Ensuring execution as per approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Monitoring quality and ensuring compliance with safety requirements.
• Maintaining daily progress reports and necessary site documentation.
• Identifying and resolving site-related issues in coordination with the project team.
