Job Description
- Supervise installation, erection, pre-commissioning, and commissioning of industrial plant equipment including MEE/MVR Evaporators, ATFD, Crystallizers, RO, UF and Nanofiltration systems.
- Monitor and supervise the installation of piping, pumps, tanks, valves, instrumentation, and other mechanical equipment as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage contractors and site manpower, ensuring proper equipment erection, piping installation, alignment, and quality of work.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety procedures, project specifications, and approved engineering drawings.
- Participate in and supervise pre-commissioning, commissioning, trial runs, and plant start-up activities.
- Monitor project progress against schedule, manpower, materials, and resource requirements.
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, material tracking records, inspection reports, and project documentation.
- Assist in identifying and troubleshooting equipment, piping, and plant operation-related issues during commissioning and start-up.
- Coordinate with project teams to resolve site issues and ensure timely completion of construction, installation, and commissioning activities.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure proper completion of installation, testing, punch-point clearance, and handover activities.
- Provide technical support during plant operation and assist in achieving smooth and reliable plant performance.
