Job Description

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage reports, data analysis, and management information systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
  • Maintain and analyze data using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Create Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, charts, dashboards, and automated reports.
  • Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports.
  • Track KPIs, performance data, and operational metrics.
  • Automate repetitive reporting tasks using Excel formulas, VBA/Macros, or Google Sheets automation.
  • Coordinate with different departments to collect and verify data.
  • Provide insights and reports to management for decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in B. Tech is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Hands-on experience with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards, and data handling.
  • Knowledge of VBA/Macros and automation will be an advantage.
  • Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
