Job Description

Key Responsibilities & Required Skills

Advanced Google Sheets: Build automated dashboards, dynamic reports, and clean data pipelines using advanced functions (QUERY, IMPORTRANGE, ARRAYFORMULA, XLOOKUP, LAMBDA) and RegEx.


Google Forms & Data Collection: Design standardized forms with validation rules and link form workflows directly to Google Sheets and Gmail for error-free data entry.


Google Apps Script (Automation): Develop custom automation scripts, time-driven triggers, automated email alerts, and API/Webhook integrations across Google Sheets, Docs, and Gmail.


Google AppSheet & Workspace: Build No-Code Web/Mobile Apps (e.g., Attendance, Inventory, Task Trackers) using AppSheet, manage Google Drive permissions, and set up live dashboards on Looker Studio.


AI & Cloud AI Integration: Leverage ChatGPT, Claude AI, Gemini, and GPT for Sheets add-ons to automate formula generation, write code, and perform bulk data classification and summarization.


Problem-Solving Skills: Logic building for automation, quick debugging of scripts and sheet errors.
