Job Description

  • ऑफिस की साफ-सफाई और व्यवस्थित रखने में सहायता करना।
  • चाय, पानी आदि कर्मचारियों और आगंतुकों को उपलब्ध कराना।
  • ऑफिस के दस्तावेज़, फाइल और अन्य सामान को एक स्थान से दूसरे स्थान तक पहुँचाना।
  • आवश्यक दस्तावेज़ या पार्सल को कूरियर/डाकघर आदि तक पहुँचाना।
  • ऑफिस में आने वाले मेहमानों/आगंतुकों की आवश्यकतानुसार सहायता करना।
  • फोटोकॉपी, प्रिंट, स्कैन आदि के सामान्य ऑफिस कार्यों में सहायता करना।
  • ऑफिस के सामान और स्टेशनरी की व्यवस्था में सहायता करना।
  • आवश्यकता पड़ने पर बैंक, पोस्ट ऑफिस या अन्य कार्यालय संबंधी छोटे-मोटे कार्य करना।
  • वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों द्वारा दिए गए अन्य उचित कार्यालय संबंधी कार्यों को पूरा करना।
  • ऑफिस की गोपनीय जानकारी और दस्तावेज़ों की सुरक्षा का ध्यान रखना।

योग्यता:

  • न्यूनतम 8वीं/10वीं पास।
  • सामान्य हिंदी पढ़ने-लिखने की क्षमता।
  • समय पर काम करने और जिम्मेदारी निभाने की क्षमता।
  • विनम्र व्यवहार और टीम के साथ काम करने की क्षमता।
  • स्थानीय क्षेत्र की जानकारी होना लाभदायक हो सकता है।
