Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and maintaining daily reports/data.
* Data entry, data management, filtering, sorting, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic Excel formulas.
* Maintain customer/lead records and prepare daily & monthly reports.
* Handle sales calling and follow-up with customers/leads.
* Explain products/services to customers and generate leads.
* Coordinate with the sales team and maintain proper follow-up records.
* Handle day-to-day back-office and administrative work.
* Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of company data.
* Achieve assigned calling and work-related targets.
