About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Operations Executive with at least 2 years of experience in operations management, customer coordination, and cold calling. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to manage day-to-day operational activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily operational activities and ensure smooth business processes.
• Conduct cold calling to generate leads and maintain client relationships.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams for operational support.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients regarding services and requirements.
• Maintain operational records, reports, and MIS data.
• Resolve customer queries and provide timely support.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned operational tasks.
• Assist management in process improvement and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Operations, Customer Support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in cold calling and client handling.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
