Operation Executive

Job Description

P.R. & Sons Jewellers is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented candidate to support our Jewellery Manufacturing Operations.

• Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate day-to-day activities related to jewellery manufacturing operations.
• Coordinate with karigars/artisans and the showroom team.
• Understand basic jewellery manufacturing processes.
• Maintain proper coordination for jewellery production and delivery.
• Check jewellery items and coordinate for required corrections or finishing.
• Maintain records of jewellery items given for manufacturing/repair/work.
• Follow up on pending manufacturing work and delivery timelines.
• Handle jewellery raw materials and work-related records carefully.
• Ensure proper coordination between manufacturing and sales teams.
• Required Skills
• Minimum 1 year of experience in jewellery manufacturing/operations preferred.
• Basic knowledge of jewellery raw materials.
• Basic understanding of jewellery manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of gold/silver jewellery and related materials will be an advantage.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain records and follow up with artisans/karigars.
• Basic computer knowledge preferred.
• Responsible and trustworthy attitude.

Preferred Candidates

Candidates with experience in Jewellery Manufacturing, Jewellery Production, Jewellery Operations, Gold Jewellery Manufacturing, Jewellery Workshop or Karigar Coordination will be preferred.
