Senior Manager – Office Operations

Location: Jaipur

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹70,000/month

Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage complete day-to-day office operations and administration.
• Lead and supervise office/admin support teams.
• Handle vendors, facility management, maintenance and procurement.
• Manage office expenses, purchases and operational budgets.
• Develop and implement office SOPs and processes.
• Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Sales and other departments.
• Prepare operational reports and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Support senior management in day-to-day operational requirements.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in Office Operations.
• Strong team management and leadership skills.
• Excellent vendor & facility management experience.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Candidate should be capable of independently handling complete office operations.

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹70,000/month, based on experience & interview performance.
