Operations Executive

Fleet Coordination: Managing daily dispatch schedules for trucks or delivery vehicles from VKIA to local or outstation destinations.

Documentation Management: Preparing and verifying LRs (Loading Receipts), Gate Passes, and Invoices. Ensuring drivers carry all necessary permits and compliance documents.

Real-time Tracking: Monitoring vehicle movement via GPS and providing regular status updates to clients or senior management.

Inventory & Loading Supervision: Overseeing the physical loading/unloading of goods at the VKIA warehouse or factory site to ensure zero damage.

Vendor & Driver Relations: Serving as the primary point of contact for local transporters and drivers to resolve issues like delays, fuel shortages, or breakdowns.

Reporting: Maintaining daily operational logs and MIS reports using MS Excel.
