About Us
Oniisaab is a premium anime-inspired streetwear brand, building high-quality, limited-drop apparel for a growing community across India. We’re scaling our operations and are looking for a hands-on Operations Executive to own day-to-day e-commerce fulfillment and backend processes.
Role Overview
As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for managing order processing, inventory coordination, logistics, returns, and courier partner communication. This is a high-ownership role suited for someone who enjoys structured execution and problem-solving in a fast-moving D2C environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily order processing from Shopify / OMS
- Coordinate with courier partners for dispatch, delivery, RTOs, and reverse pickups
- Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery issues
- Handle return, replacement, and refund coordination
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movement
- Coordinate with warehouse/packing team for timely dispatch
- Monitor SLA adherence and report delays or operational gaps
- Maintain operational reports (orders, RTO %, returns, delays)
- Support SOP creation and process improvement initiatives
