We are a growing IT services, branding, and digital marketing company helping businesses build their online presence, generate qualified leads, and grow through performance-driven marketing strategies.

We are looking for a smart, analytical, and results-oriented Performance Marketing + Local SEO Executive who can manage digital advertising campaigns, improve local search visibility, and deliver measurable results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing

• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Generate qualified leads and improve campaign performance.
• Monitor ad budgets, CPL (Cost Per Lead), CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS where applicable.
• Conduct audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
• Create and test campaign creatives, ad copy, audiences, and landing pages in coordination with the creative team.
• Set up conversion tracking and monitor campaign performance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for clients.

2. Local SEO & Google Business Profile

• Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles for local businesses.
• Improve local search visibility for relevant keywords and service areas.
• Conduct local keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Manage business information, categories, services, photos, posts, and updates.
• Monitor Google Maps rankings, customer reviews, and profile performance.
• Implement on-page SEO basics, local citations, and other relevant local SEO activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve website traffic, local visibility, calls, and enquiries.

3. Client & Team Coordination

• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and website developers for campaign requirements.
• Understand client goals and translate them into marketing activities.
• Track campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data.
• Maintain campaign records, reporting sheets, and task updates.
• Ensure work is completed within deadlines and follows client objectives.
• Required Skills & Qualifications1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
• Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Experience managing Google Business Profiles and local SEO campaigns.
• Understanding of keyword research, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and conversion tracking.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager is an advantage.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and make performance-based decisions.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
