PRODUCT & OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners for smooth operations.
• Manage procurement, pricing, negotiations, and timely material availability.
• Coordinate R&D and new product development, including sampling, trials, costing, and product launches.
• Manage inventory of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
• Plan and monitor production, dispatch, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with manufacturers to ensure timely production and product availability.
• Monitor product quality, packaging, and specifications and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain SOPs, operational reports, product records, and documentation.
• Track product costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
• Coordinate with R&D, Sales, Finance, Warehouse, Vendors, and Management.
• Monitor product availability and ensure smooth supply to meet business requirements.
• Identify operational challenges and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any relevant field; FMCG/Operations background preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in FMCG, product operations, procurement, supply chain, or related field.
• Good knowledge of procurement, inventory, production, and vendor management.
• Strong negotiation, coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and work with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong ownership and execution skills.
