Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Production Manager who can handle end-to-end jewellery production operations, karigar management, job tracking, quality control, inventory coordination, and on-time delivery.
This is not a desk-only role.
You will be responsible for daily factory execution, workflow management, and solving production bottlenecks.
- Production OperationsHandle complete jewellery production workflow from CAD to final polish
- Track jobs across departments:
- CAD
- CAM
- Die making
- Casting
- Filing
- Setting
- Polishing
- Rhodium
- QC & Dispatch
- Ensure timely movement of jobs between karigars and departments
- Maintain production timelines and delivery schedules
- Karigar & Vendor ManagementManage internal karigars and outsourced vendors
- Allocate jobs efficiently based on specialization and deadlines
- Monitor productivity, delays, rejection rates, and workmanship quality
Negotiate and maintain labour costing records
