Job Description
- Key Responsibilities (mukhya zimmedariyan):Production Targets: Daily, weekly, aur monthly production targets ko time par aur efficient tarike se pura karwana.
- Line Management: Sewing floor par man-power (operators, helpers) ka sahi istemal karna aur line balancing karna taaki bottlenecks na aayein.
- Quality Control: Production ke dauran quality par nazar rakhna, AQL standards ke mutabiq defects ko rokna aur stitching quality ensure karna.
- Manpower Handling: Workers ki attendance track karna, unke breaks manage karna aur floor par discipline maintain karna.
- Coordination: Merchandising, cutting, aur finishing departments ke sath coordination banaye rakhna taaki material ki movement smooth rahe.
- Reports: Daily production output, rejection rate, aur efficiency ki report taiyar karke management ko dena.
- Safety & Maintenance: Machines ki basic safety check karna aur floor par safety rules ka palan karwana.
- Required Skills & Qualifications (zaroori yogyata aur kushalayein):Education: Minimum 12th pass; Diploma/Degree in Garment Production, Fashion Technology, or Textile ko preference di jayegi.
- Experience: Garments/Apparel industry mein kam se kam 2 se 5 saal ka supervisor ka anubhav.
- Technical Knowledge: Stitching machines ki jankari, garment construction ki samajh, aur measurements ka gyan.
- Leadership: Team ko lead karne ki kshamta aur acha communication skill.
- Problem-Solving: Floor par aane wali problems (jaise machine breakdown ya operator issue) ko jaldi solve karne ki kshamta.
