Job Description

Talent Sourcing: Find passive and active candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and professional networking events.

Screening: Review incoming resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.

Coordination: Schedule interviews, brief hiring managers, and manage the workflow through an applicant tracking system (ATS).

Offer Management: Negotiate compensation packages, extend formal job offers, and handle onboarding steps for new hires.

Branding & Metrics: Represent the company culture positively and track recruiting KPIs like time-to-hire
