Key Responsibilities:
- B2C residential solar sales ko drive karna aur regional sales targets achieve karna.
- Sales team ko manage, train aur motivate karna.
- New customers aur sales opportunities generate karna.
- Dealers, channel partners & direct customers ke saath relationships develop karna.
- Leads, conversions aur sales performance monitor karna.
- Market trends aur competitor activities ka analysis karna.
- Monthly sales targets aur revenue goals achieve karna.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in B2C Sales / Solar / Electrical industry.
- Strong team handling & leadership skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Rajasthan market ki knowledge preferred.
