Job Description

Restaurant Captain

We are hiring a Restaurant Captain to manage daily floor operations and ensure excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle guest orders and provide quality service
  • Supervise waiters and coordinate with kitchen staff
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper table setup
  • Handle guest queries and complaints
  • Maintain service and hygiene standards

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of restaurant experience
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills
  • Presentable, responsible, and team-oriented
  • Flexible to work in shifts
