Revenue & OTA Executive

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Revenue & OTA Executive to join our growing hospitality revenue management company. The role involves managing hotel performance across online travel platforms, supporting pricing strategies, analyzing revenue trends, and assisting hotel partners in improving online visibility and booking performance.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, comfortable working with data and reports, and capable of taking ownership of hotel accounts and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor hotel listings across major OTAs such as Booking.com, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Airbnb, etc.
• Ensure rate parity, inventory accuracy, and availability consistency across all online channels
• Prepare and analyze daily/weekly revenue reports to identify trends, booking pace, and optimization opportunities
• Assist in pricing and revenue strategies based on market demand, competition, seasonality, and occupancy trends
• Coordinate with hotel partners regarding promotions, offers, content updates, and operational requirements
• Monitor OTA ranking, conversion performance, and guest review trends
• Identify underperforming properties and proactively suggest improvement actions
• Support account management and day-to-day revenue operations for assigned hotel portfolios

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–4 years of experience in OTA management, hotel revenue management, reservations, or hospitality operations
• Strong understanding of OTA extranets and channel management systems
• Good analytical and Excel skills
• Ability to interpret reports and make data-driven recommendations
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Self-motivated, organized, and willing to take ownership
