Sales And Operations Executive

Who we are - Ruibatte is a Jaipur-based kidswear brand known for hand-painted, made-to-order ethnic wear for children aged 0–5.

We're building our retail, B2B and online presence from the ground up, and looking for two driven people to help build it with us — working directly with the founders.

What you'll do -

• Reach out to, pitch, and close retailers, distributors and stall/event opportunities
• Host our showroom for walk-in parents and kids
• Respond promptly to WhatsApp, Instagram and website orders and enquiries
• Coordinate with our tailoring team and track order status day to day
• Source and evaluate vendors for fabric and accessories
• Maintain daily and weekly reports on sales, production and pipeline
• What we need (non-negotiable)Age 20–25
• 1–2 years' experience in retail sales or the textile industry — sales or operations
• A genuine interest in kidswear/fashion — not just any sales job
• Fluent Hindi and a working understanding of English; a regional language is a plus
• Comfortable writing clear, prompt WhatsApp messages, and using basic AI tools
• A real learning attitude — open to feedback and new tasks, no rigid "that's not my job"
• Own two-wheeler, and willing to travel extensively in and around Jaipur, and outstation when required
• Comfortable maintaining accurate daily records

How we'll measure you - Sales closed, new retailer/distributor accounts opened, response time on customer queries, on-time order delivery, and consistent reporting — not vanity metrics.

• Compensation & perksFixed salary ₹20,000–25,000/month (based on experience) + performance commission on both retail and B2B sales
