Role Overview We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Associate to expand our wholesale and retailer network across India and other key markets abroad. This is an office-based inside sales role involving lead generation, cold calling, relationship building, and converting prospects into long-term business partners.

• Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify and approach new retailers, boutiques, wholesalers, and distributors through outbound calls.
• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling and lead research.
• Follow up on inquiries received through marketing campaigns, trade platforms, and referrals.
• Sales & Business Development Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Maaesa products.
• Convert leads into active customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat orders and customer loyalty.
• Maintain regular communication with existing clients to maximize business opportunities.
• Customer Support-Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly or coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
• Ensure a smooth customer experience from inquiry to order completion.
• CRM & Reporting Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Update CRM or Excel sheets regularly.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
• Required Skills & Qualifications1–3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, business development, or inside sales.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to confidently make cold calls and convert prospects into customers.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong negotiation, follow-up, and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
• Preferred Qualifications Experience in the fashion, apparel, textile, or e-commerce industry.
