Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with sales team and customers for enquiries, quotations and orders.
  2. Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices and other sales-related documents.
  3. Follow up on enquiries, pending quotations, orders and payments.
  4. Maintain customer and sales data and prepare regular reports.
  5. Coordinate with stores, service and accounts teams for timely order execution.
  6. Handle customer calls, WhatsApp enquiries and email communication.
  7. Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
  8. Taking direct orders from customers in office in meeting and over calls.
