  • Help customers choose the right design and customization.
  • Collect customer details, photos, text, and other requirements.
  • Guide customers through the ordering process step-by-step.
  • Follow up with customers when required.
  • Maintain polite, friendly, and professional communication.
  • Handle basic customer questions regarding price, customization, and delivery.
