Position: Furniture / Home Décor / Showroom Sales Executive

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Salary will depend on interview, experience, skills, and candidate suitability.

About the RoleAgrinxt Retail Private Limited is looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Executives for furniture, home décor, and showroom sales.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to understand customer requirements and convert showroom visits and enquiries into sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
• Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget.
• Explain furniture, home décor, furnishings, and related products.
• Demonstrate product features, quality, materials, designs, and benefits.
• Recommend suitable products based on customer needs.
• Generate leads and follow up with customers through calls and messages.
• Prepare quotations and assist customers throughout the sales process.
• Negotiate with customers and close sales as per company policies.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain customer relationships and encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with delivery, installation, and other internal teams when required.
• Maintain proper product displays and showroom presentation.
• Keep records of enquiries, follow-ups, and sales.
• Stay updated about new products, designs, offers, and promotions.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduate.
• Experience in furniture sales, home décor sales, interior products, retail sales, or showroom sales will be preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.
• Good Hindi communication is required; English communication will be an advantage.
• Strong customer-handling and convincing skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Presentable personality and professional attitude.
• Ability to work in a showroom/retail environment.
• Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

Salary & Benefits
