Job Description
Handle inbound and outbound calls with students and parents regarding ForensicWallah courses and programs.
Understand students' academic background, career goals, exam requirements, and course needs.
Explain courses, batches, pricing, offers, features, and benefits clearly.
Convert qualified leads into paid enrollments.
Follow up with interested and pending leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information in the CRM.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant courses.
Handle student/parent queries and coordinate with the academic, counselling, and support teams whenever required.
Maintain regular follow-ups until the lead reaches a final decision.
Track lead status, conversion rates, follow-ups, and sales performance.
Provide regular sales reports to the reporting manager.
Collect feedback from prospects and share market/student insights with the team.
Maintain professional communication and represent the ForensicWallah brand positively.
