जिम्मेदारियाँ:
- संभावित ग्राहकों को ढूंढना और उनसे संपर्क करना
- ग्राहकों की जरूरतों को समझकर सही लोन प्रोडक्ट देना
- ग्राहकों की आपत्तियों/ ऑब्जेक्शन को सुलझाना और मोल-भाव करना
- ग्राहक को लोन के लिए मनाना और बिक्री को पूरा करना
- बिक्री के लिए फॉलो-अप करना
- रोज़ाना रिपोर्ट भेजना और सेल्स प्रक्रिया का पालन करना
आवश्यक ज्ञान:
- लोन अगेंस्ट प्रॉपर्टी/ प्रॉपर्टी लोन/ मोर्टगेज लोन के बारे में जानकारी
कौशल:
- अच्छा संवाद, सुनने, और सवाल पूछने का कौशल
- ग्राहकों को समझाने और मनाने की क्षमता
- CRM और Microsoft Word/Excel का बुनियादी ज्ञान
