About the RoleRishabh Concepts is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up with leads, and convert qualified prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a confident personality, and the ability to build relationships with potential customers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound calls from interested leads and understand their requirements.
• Make outbound calls to new and existing leads and generate sales opportunities.
• Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp to nurture and move them through the sales funnel.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads who are not ready to purchase immediately.
• Explain Rishabh Concepts' courses, programs, services, and offers clearly to prospects.
• Identify customer requirements, answer questions, and handle objections professionally.
• Convert qualified leads into customers while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, lead status, and conversions in the CRM/lead sheet.
• Re-engage old, inactive, and abandoned leads through structured follow-up.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead conversion.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
• RequirementsExcellent Hindi and English communication skills.
• Good convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Ability to consistently follow up and nurture leads.
• Basic knowledge of CRM, Google Sheets, or lead management systems.
• Sales experience is preferred but freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
