Sales Executive

Job Title: Telesales Executive – Accounting Software

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive to sell our Tally Integration & E-commerce Data Import Software.

The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of Tally/TallyPrime and accounting and be comfortable speaking with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Generate leads through calling, WhatsApp, email, and online research.
• Contact businesses, accountants, CA firms, traders, distributors, and e-commerce sellers.
• Understand customer requirements related to Tally, GST, accounting, Excel-to-Tally import, and e-commerce data.
• Explain our software and its benefits to customers.
• Give basic product demonstrations over phone/video calls.
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Maintain customer and lead details in Excel/CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the technical/support team for customer queries.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime and basic accounting concepts.
• Knowledge of accounting software, billing software, GST, invoicing, or business management software will be an advantage.
• Previous experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Software Sales is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and explain technical/software features in simple language.
• Good follow-up skills with a sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, WhatsApp, and other sales tools.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Candidate

• Basic knowledge of Tally/TallyPrime and accounting.
• Understanding of sales, purchase, invoices, ledgers, GST, and transactions.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with outbound calling and follow-ups.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, email, and internet.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in:

• Tally sales/support
• Accounting or GST services
• Telecalling / Inside Sales
• B2B software sales
• Accounting software sales
• Tally operator / Accountant
• ERP or e-commerce software sales

will be preferred.

Freshers with basic Tally/accounting knowledge and good communication skills are welcome.

Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in Tally, accounting, software sales, or B2B sales will have an advantage.
