Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable car detailing services.
• Generate maximum showroom/store visits through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Convert incoming leads into walk-in customers and successful sales.
• Follow up with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.
• Explain services, packages, benefits, and offers to customers.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a high lead-to-visit and visit-to-conversion ratio.
• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, customer interactions, and conversions.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, customer relationship management, or field sales.
• Excellent understanding of customer needs and sales conversion techniques.
• Ability to handle objections and close sales confidently.
• Target-oriented mindset with a focus on generating store visits and revenue.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge is preferred.
