Job Role:

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our real-estate team. The candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, property sales, and handling client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up with potential customers
• Handle customer queries and understand their property requirements
• Promote and sell real-estate properties
• Work on property resale opportunities
• Build and maintain good customer relationships
• Convince customers and close sales effectively
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong convincing and customer-handling abilities
• Sales and customer acquisition skills
• Knowledge or experience in real-estate sales/property resale will be preferred
• Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply
