Job Description – Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, meetings, referrals, and other sales channels.
• Generate leads, follow up with prospective customers, and convert leads into sales.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare sales reports, maintain customer records, and update the sales pipeline.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with customers while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Requirements:

• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to learn.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
